Former student Sean Seymour takes on Broadway!

Sean Seymour, one of L'Academie De Danse's former star students, landed his big role as the Prince in the Broadway National Tour of Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella. See where hard work and dedication can take you? We are so proud of him and proud that he got his start here at L'Academie De Danse! Break a leg and Merde, Sean! Sacramento, California, May 2015.

Going out to Annika Allen, Mary Frances Lutz, Kayci Willis, Elizabeth Wynne, Hannah Willis, Mary Frances Fields, Katie Mac Wilson, Trinity Gant, Lilly Bunn, Mubina Barberio, Sarah Caviness, Maci Godley, Carrie McLawhorn, Natalie Manning, Scarlet Goodwin and Janyia Miller on a job well done competing in Dance Educators of America dance competition and workshop. All the dancers won gold awards. Mary Frances Fields won a High Gold and was invited to compete in DEA National Competition! Katie Mac Wilson and Scarlet Goodwin won full scholarships to DEA National Convention for winning 1st place overall duet. Hannah Willis 4th place Overall Solo Preteen, Elizabeth Wynne won 1st place overall solo non-competitive.

Sean is a graduate of L'Academie De Danse and is currently performing in the professional world of dance and theatre! He is in "Cinderella" the National touring company. He's in the ensemble dance and singing and he is also the understudy for the prince. So proud of Sean for his success!

Kinston's Dancing with the Stars 2013

See Nora Parker and Dr. John Herong perform to "The Big Beat" at Dancing with Stars in Kinston, NC. The duo received a judges choice of a perfect score of 30.
Crystal Brown
A former student of L'Academie de Danse taught a week workshop at the studio. Students participating took classes 4 hours a night for a week. The classes were well received and plans are to make this an annual event. Christal Brown is the Director of "Inspirit" and teaches dance at Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont.
